Eduard's 1/48 scale
Dassault Mirage IIIC

by Jon Bryon

Dassault Mirage IIIC

Eduard's 1/48 scale Mirage IIIC is available online from Squadron

Description

This is Eduard's 1/48 scale Dassault Mirage IIIC built from the Profipack boxing, although I didn't use the extra photoetched parts.

The only addition to the standard kit is a new nose pitot made from brass wire, tube and superglue. Out of the box, the left fuselage had no scribed detail aft of the intake, so this was added.

Mr Hobby lacquer acrylics were used for the paint scheme with the final finish being a mix of Pollyscale flat and satin varnishes.

Decals are from the kit and, as you can see, the yellow is out of register.
