Spitfire Mk.XII

Here is my recently finished Xtrakit Spitfire XII in the markings of 41 squadron. The build is "almost out-of-the-box" with the only aftermarket items used a set of leftover etched landing gear covers from Eduard.

I used Xtracrylix and Agama acrylic paints for the camouflage. Decals are from the kit except for the squadron codes that were painted on using masks cut from tape with the decals as a pattern.

All in all an enjoyable build that looks every part a Spitfire when finished!
