Eduard continues its prolific release schedule with a number of recent
releases in all scales from 1/144 to 1/24.
We have a selection of July's releases here for examination. All the
detail sets are
supplied in colour pre-painted or unpainted photo-etched metal, with
interior sets usually including a printed acetate sheet for gun sight
lenses:
1/72 scale
SS 285 - C-130H Hercules (Colour)
This Eduard "Zoom" set focuses on the cockpit of
Italeri's big 1/72 scale C-130H Hercules.
The highlights are the colour instrument and consoles.
73 289 - EF 2000 Typhoon (Colour)
Eduard's photo-etched set for Revell's recent 1/72
scale EF 2000 Typhoon comprises two frets that will add a wealth of detail
to the cockpit and exterior. The fret for the interior is in
full colour. Harness straps are included in this set.
73 292 - B-26B/C Marauder Interior (Colour)
The cockpit and fuselage interior of Hasegawa's new 1/72 scale
Marauder is treated to Eduard's detail fest with this new photo etched
fret comprising two sheets. The colour photo etched fret includes a
beautifully detailed instrument panel, throttle quadrant and all
harnesses.
The second and larger fret supplies details for the main
fuselage interior, plus ammunition for the .50 cal guns.

1/48 scale Photo-Etched Sets
48 568 - Fw 190 A Access and
Scribing Templates
This handy set will be useful for opening up a myriad of
access hatches, filler points and inspection ports on your 1/48 scale
Focke-Wulf Fw 190 models. The fret includes the various hatches and
panels, plus scribing templates.
49 356 - Kittyhawk Mk.III (Colour)
This attractive photo-etched set will add in-scale
detail to the interior and exterior of your Hasegawa 1/48 scale
Kittyhawk Mk.III kit.
The colour photo etch includes two full instrument
panels in different styles (only one is mentioned in the instructions),
switch panels and colour harness straps.
On the larger nickel set, we are presented with some
very useful enhancements including cowl flaps with detail inside and out
(and which may be posed either open or closed), a replacement seat, bomb
fins and mounts, radiator/oil cooler grilles, wheel well bulkheads and
much more.
This set will be well worthwhile for anyone building a
Commonwealth Kittyhawk.

49 355 - ACH-47A Chinook (Colour)
This large set includes three photo etched frets, and
will add a great deal of detail to the interior of your Italeri ACH-47A
kit.
The interior set includes delicately rendered and full
colour instrument panel, side panels, harness straps and pull handles.

48 570 - Wellington Mk.III Mid-Fuselage Interior
48 571 - Wellington Mk.III Bomb Bay
Eduard supplements their recent Exterior Detail Set for
Trumpeter's 1/48 scale Wellington B.Mk.III with three brand new sets for
the cockpit interior, mid-fuselage interior and the bomb bay.
Detail in all the sets is fantastic.
The cockpit interior comprises two colour photo etched
frets.

1/32 scale Photo-Etched Sets
32 597 - P-51D Wing Armament (Colour)
Eduard adds to last month's interior and exterior sets
for Dragon's 1/32 scale P-51D Mustang with this armament set. This
largely replaces the detail in the kit's wing ammunition bays, and
includes a very attractive colour photo etch armament diagram for each
gun bay.
