Here is my Rumanian IAR 80, from the limited run LTD Models kit in 1/48 scale.

My model (#140) represents that one flown by Lt. Ion Galea, from Grupul 9 vinatoare, escadrila 47, April 1942.

Galea survived WWII with 10 victoires.

This model received a lot of scratch built work in the cockpit, motor and cowling areas.

I hope you enjoy viewing it as much as I did building it.
