This is my 1/48 scale Monogram Mirage 2000 that I built it in 2006. The plane depicts a Mirage 2000C in French Air Force marking, that took part in the Desert Storm, specifically in the Daguet Operation, in 1991.

I added some aftermarket item which improves the look of the kit : Black Box cockpit, photo-etched set from Eduard and decals from Carpena.

For painting, I used Model Master Enamels and, as usual in my models, it has pre-shading and particularly in this kit, as it has raised panel lines, I applied a post-shading to highlight the panel lines.

This model is now taking part of the exposition from IPMS-Chile that is celebrating the 20th anniversary (1997-2007). You can see more pictures of our show in the following link: http://ipmschile.multiforos.es/viewforum.php?f=2

In the last pictures can be seen next to the Heller's Mirage 2000N that I built a few years ago.
