Airfix's 1/72 scale Nimrod will be available online from Squadron.com

Here is my 1/72 scale Nimrod built from a test shot from the forthcoming Airfix kit.

This was a pre-production sample with no box or decals. I have therefore only used minimal markings from the spares box.

That said, I think it gives a good indication of how the model looks once complete!

My sincere thanks go out to the crew at Hornby and to Trevor Snowden in particular for the help in getting me the kit and helping me through its completion.

The model will feature in the March issue of Military In Scale magazine.
