Hasegawa's 1/32 scale P-47D Thunderbolt is available online from Squadron.com

This is Hasegawa's 1/32 Thunderbolt, easily one of the nicest kits ever released.

This model was painted using Alclad II paints, and marked my first attempt at the dreaded Natural Metal Finish. Some areas required re-painting to get the finish right, but generally speaking I found it not as difficult as expected; provided the surface preparation was near perfect (Future came in handy here).

The high quality decals for “Balls Out” are from the Large Scale Planes release “Thunderbolts of the 405thFG”, and include dry transfers as well as waterslide decals.
