Roy Sutherland of Barracudacals has sent the following information and images about two forthcoming releases: Fellow modellers,
There have been a lot of threads on the modeling discussion groups in the last few months wondering why no one has released any decal sheets for the superb new Hasegawa P-40E kit in 1/32 scale.

BarracudaCals brings exciting news of two new decal sheets designed for this beautiful 1/32 scale kit.

These sheets are currently in production and should be available for sale sometime early in February. There will be announcements and product reviews on this site when the sheets are released and ready for sale. We will not be taking pre-orders on these sheets.

Sheet 32005 features P-40s from the famous 112 Sqdn RAF while operating in North Africa. Markings are included for one P-40B and 2 P-40Es. GA-F and GA-V were both flown by F/O Neville Duke, a well known ace from the Battle of Britain. GA-Y is finished in a non standard very dark blue underside color, probably Dark Mediterannian Blue. All three aircraft feature bold and unique sharkmouth markings that inspired the pilots in the AVG to add these markings to their aircraft.
Sheet 32006 features three P-40Es of the USAAC. Featured are Col Robert Scott's P-40E White 7 of the 23rd FG, Burma, 1942, "Aleutian Tiger" P-40E "Yellow 49" 1th Pursuit Sqn., 343rd Fighter Group, 11th Air Force. Kiska Island, Alaska, and P-40E "White 85" flown by Lt. George Preddy of the 49th Fighter Group, 9th Fighter Squadron, based in Darwin Australia.
Both sheets include full stencilling, including placards for the cockpit. Hope these sheets are what you have been waiting for!
 Happy modelling! Roy
