Description

Here is my most recently completed model, ICM's Yak-7B in 1/48 scale.

This model represent the personal aircraft of the ace Lt. Vladimir I. Orekhov in the Stalingrad Front around September of 1942.

This airplane are finished in standard fabric camouflage colors AMT-4 Green and AMT-6 Black over AMT-7 Light Blue; the nose are painted in the field with A-13 Red.

The model is built almost straight from the box, except for some minor detail added in the cockpit and the wheel bays.

The model was painted with Sicko Acrylic paint, and the weathering done with oil paints and tint. Is a shame who this weathering are not appreciated in the photos.
