M-18 Hellcat

 

The market has been kind to the M-18 Hellcat Tank Destroyer in the last year or so. Both Academy and AFV Club have released injection moulded models of this sleek little vehicle. Just to be different, Owen Auer builds an M-18 Hellcat the expensive way - via Accurate Armour's 1/35 scale resin and metal model!

 

D e s c r i p t i o n


These photos are of my Accurate Armour M-18. It's a really nice kit. I had no major problems with it. The only downside is that the tracks are resin. All the wheels are white metal which means the kit is really heavy for it's size!
