F-104 Starfighter

Here is Hasegawa's 1/72 scale Starfighter finished in Italian markings.

The aircraft depicted is 37-12 of the 37th Fighter Wing based at Trapani-Birgi Airport on Sicily.

The kit represents the final ASA version of the Starfighter in a TPS Grey scheme overall. The insignia are also in low-visibility greys.

Standard armament is an AIM-9L Sidewinder and an AIM-7F. On this kit I mounted two Sidewinders because I didn't have any AIM-7s!
