Sea Hurricane

Hasegawa's Hurricane IIc in 1/48 scale is available online at Squadron.com

This is the 1/48 scale Hasegawa Hurricane IIc converted to a Sea Hurricane using the MDC conversion set. I

t depicts 'Nikki' from 835 NAS in June 1944.

The squadron was embarked on the escort carrier HMS Nairana when this aircraft shot down a Ju.290 on convoy patrol.

I brush painted the overall white scheme with humbrol acrylic white because my airbrush had packed up but I am pleased with the result. Decals are Aeromaster.
