Tornado GR Mk.3

This is my Italeri 1/48 Tornado GR Mk. 3. I built this kit straight from the box. There were problems encountered when I built this kit, but nothing that patience and superglue cannot fix.

I built this Tornado to represent one of the aircraft that took part in the Gulf War, so instead of using metal color for the paint chipping effect I use the color of the British service aircraft (grey and dark green), the burnt umber wash. A little pastel chalk finished the job.

For the exhaust soot I airbrushed thinned Flat Black color.
