Designed for the Revell kit of this popular subject, these six resin parts, three for each exhaust will replace the kit parts and are far more delicately detailed than their plastic equivalents.
Coming in the familiar Brengun clear sleeve with a black protective card and instructions, the set contains two inner and outer exhaust pipe parts with a rear fan assembly to be attached to the inside of each.
All are beautifully cast in grey resin with solid casting blocks and fine webs for ease of separation, although this will need to be done carefully and ensuring that your blade is kept square to the centi-line of the parts.
The fan fronts will need more serious cutting and sanding as they are attached to more substantially to their blocks.
Remember to take care when sanding resin due to the carcinogenic properties of its fine dust. Wet sanding is recommended.        These will enhance any model of the Hornet and are highly recommended. Thanks to Brengun for the review sample.
