Advantages:

Nice thin, clear replacements for the kit canopy.

Disadvantages:

None noted.

Conclusion:

A very useful replacement for the thicker kit parts and recommended to the modeller of these tiny Thunderbolt models by Platz and Eduard.

Designed for the Platz/Eduard kits, this set contains two canopies ( there are two kits in each of the kits) and are a direct and much clearer and thinner canopy part to the one provided in the kit.

No bubbling is apparent in these vacuformed parts.

 

 

Careful cutting will produce an excellent replacement canopy and even more careful cutting will provide an open version.

No instructions are provided as none are needed.

 

 

These are recommended to modellers in the “ultra Braille Scale”.
