Arma Hobby has sent news of a forthcoming release:

1/72 Ki-43 - we are refining the test sprues. There are still some short shots as we do not use full injection pressure yet, but all goes even better than we expected.

Reason of the short-shots is that some parts are really very fine.

First two test models are already assembled and fit is very good.
