David Doyle Books News #126

Plenty to read - and plenty to choose from!

Dear Friends,

Denise and I pray all of you are doing well, and that the unusual weather so many are experiencing have not caused you any trouble.

This week we have added a huge number of books to our selection.

The big news is the (almost) arrival of the new Nuts & Bolts 51 covering the FlaK 88.  Those of you who reserved the book were notified of this yesterday afternoon.  IF you reserved one of these, please use the link in the notification email you were sent so you get the book that was put aside just for you, rather than merely ordering online.

If you did NOT reserve, but would like to order a copy, click here.  However, be advised that while the books have cleared customs, the trucking company has advised us that the books won’t reach our door until Monday.    Even though the books are not here yet, we thought we’d mention it in this newsletter.

However, we HAVE put a lot of new and restocked books on our shelves this week.

We got in an assortment of various jeep books, which can be seen here – foremost of which are Mike Wright’s GPW book, which we now have in both hard and soft bound. We even have a few copies signed by the author, available on this special page.  Whether you are restoring a GPW (or MB), are building a highly detailed model, or are just interested in jeeps, you need this book!

We also restocked Thomas Anderson’s Light Panzers book, and expanded our selection of books about battles and campaigns, including a scarce book dual English/Italian text book about the Liberation of Bologna by famed Italian photographer and museum founder Edo Ansaloni.

Of course, along with Nuts & Bolts 51 we are stocking the rest of that series of books.

We hope all of you have a wonderful weekend and are grateful for your support!

Sincerely,

David and Denise Doyle
