6 April, 2009
I spent an enjoyable day at the Shropshire Model Show at Cosford RAF Museum today. Congratulations to the organisers for a terrific show. I will be returning home tomorrow, so the next update will be posted on Wednesday.
I apologise for the service problems over the last two days. My hosting company inexplicably decided to change the DNS server details on HyperScale's and Missing-Lynx's servers while they were doing maintenance on Wednesday morning. However, they neglected to tell me about it, so all the sites on both servers winked out of existence. After the third time they suggested that there was no problem and the servers were working perfectly, they finally told me about the altered DNS. I changed the DNS settings on all the domain names to match the servers yesterday morning. It seems that most people can see most of the sites again now, but it might take another 12 hours or so for the information to propagate everywhere.
We have had some service interruptions today due to the hosting company conducting maintenance on HyperScale's and Missing-Lynx's servers. I apologise for the inconvenience.
